Begins at Glenwood City Beach

Swim: 400 yard swim parallel to Glenwood City Beach.

Bike: Looping our bike route: The athlete will be heading out on South Lakeshore the same way as before but we will loop it this year by taking a left on Cty Rd 18 and bike to 242nd Ave ( .3 tenths) and travel .8 tenths down the empty residential development road (tar) and it will come back to the Cty rd 17 and take a right on to Cty Rd 17 again and ride back the same way along Lakeshore Drive to the transition beach area. 11.1 total miles.

Run: The 2.5 mile run leaves the beach parking lot and follows the Glenwood bike/run path and heads on to South Lakeshore drive by the Lakeside Ballroom. The turnaround is right before the hill by the DNR landing on North Lakeshore. The return route will be the same until runners cross Franklin Avenue to the east side of the street. The finish is by the Pope County Museum.
The run route is a beginner level.
