August 6, 2010 is ultimately the last day to sign up. Tri-Athletes cannot sign up the day of the race.

After July 31st: the triathletes who sign up after this date may not be able to get a triathlon tee.

Start Time: 7:30 a.m.
Pre Race Meeting: 7:15 a.m.

The start and finish will take place at the Glenwood City Beach on Lake Minnewaska.

Door Prizes will be given out at the awards. Must be present.

Lake Minnewaska Triathlon is concerned about the amount of plastic bottle consumption. Please bring a reusuable water bottle to fill up after you have finished the race. There will be many water stations available for you to refill your reusable bottles.
